Welcome to 365 inspired yoga classes. Today is day 77 and our inspiration for the class is to invite crow yoga pose into the flow. Bakasana is crow in sanskrit.
This is a power yoga class vinyasa style. There are many tutorial options for beginners, intermediate levels or even for yoga teachers.
There are many variations on crow yoga pose. As we flow I will invite in flying crow, side crow twist, and inspirations behind inversions.
This yoga flow class is a 30 minute class. Take each min of the workout and do it at your own pace.
Arm balance poses can be intimidating. In this half hour I hope to provide moves to minimize fear and learn the progression of the yoga pose with plenty of prep for the potential for free practice sequence.
A warm up to strengthen the workout will help you discover the funk and fun in the adventure leading to learn crow in all its varieties. Crane is an advanced crow yoga pose with arms straight.
This pose required full body strength. I offer cues to build from crow to headstand.
