This yoga class is a quick 10 minute yoga class designed for anyone who wants to feel and work full body strength and stretch for flexibility.

We get started by moving into table top yoga pose for a few rounds of cat and cow vinyasa flow. Notice the stretch in each yoga pose. Do 10 rounds if you like.

It will improve your fitness for all levels. I offer numerous 10 min yoga videos that are easy to follow to strengthen your body and stretches to release tightness.

10 Minute Morning Yoga

I recommend the class as a great way to greet the sunrise and start each day in the morning or finish your day and do it in the evening.

10 Minute Yoga for Beginners

This is the best yoga workout sequence for beginners or experienced students. You will experience a full body dynamic power routine that will boost your energy and help you wind down at the end.

I include sun salutations, which are energizing morning min exercises that are better than coffee to help you wake up.

This 10 minute yoga body total training includes core tone for beginner that even guys will love. We finish with yoga balance with props or no need if you don’t want to use the wall.
