20 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch

First slow your breath and notice how you feel. Are you holding tight in your chest? Try a few deep yoga breaths to release the chest.

Next, pull your legs into your body and stretch your lower back. Rock gently side to side to find relaxation and flexibility.

Now grab your yoga strap and place it on your feet. Reach your feet up toward the ceiling and rock your straight legs side to side. You will feel this in your lower back, hips, and hamstring muscles.

Move into a hip opening stretch one leg at a time and then move into a twist with the strap in one hand. Take is slow and easy and enjoy the sensations in your full body.

Take in each minute of the yoga poses and stretch.

From here we will do reclining pigeon hip opener and double pigeon or shoelace yin yoga pose.
