There are at least five ways to do warrior yoga pose. This video will explain the various warrior postures and provide a tutorial on how to do it five distinct ways.
Warrior Poses in Yoga
The sanskrit word for warrior is virabhadrasana.
You might wonder why a practice as peaceful as yoga would have so many warriors.
Yoga classes do bring a sense of peace and harmony into our lives. There are also times when we need to stand up for ourselves, others or some thing or purpose we believe in.
This yoga video will provide a step by step sequence for beginners with simple easy to follow moves explained.
We will bring the warrior poses into a yoga flow or vinyasa as we move with the breath.
The beginner lessons help us learn the correct and proper breakdown of yoga alignment before we take the workout into dancing warrior.
Learning the various warrior poses is strengthening for the body and empowering for our everyday life. Each minute we explore hatha yoga we bring power to dance with light.
